FAQ/Delivery

How much does shipping cost? 

Standard shipping is $6 per order. We use USPS to send your items directly from our US location. You will receive a tracking link via email when your item has been sent. 

 

Why can't I place an order? 

This shop only delivers within the United States. You can still place an order for delivery within the US from an overseas location. For international orders, please shop here

 

When will you ship my order? 

Orders are typically dispatched within a week but may take longer. You will get an email confirmation when your order has been sent. 

For preorders, please check the product page for the earliest dispatch date. Any items bought in the same transaction will be shipped together after the preorder date. 

 

Exchanges, returns and/or refunds. 

We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds so please choose carefully before placing your order.

 

Incorrect shipping address/my address details have changed. 

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct details. Updates cannot be made once orders have dispatched. We do not offer refunds or replacements if parcels do not arrive due to incorrect address details.

 

Will you stock (x) item? 

Items restock based on demand. You can check out the Global Shop to see if the item is in stock (international prices and delivery times apply). Please follow our social media for restock updates!

 

Will you sell these items at conventions? 

There is no guarantee these items will be at future conventions so it’s best to purchase them now while they are available.  

 

I can't find the tracking link on my order. 

Please contact us with your order number and we can provide the details.   

 

Can I combine my order with an order from the Global Shop? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders placed at separate sites. If you wish to combine orders made at the same store, contact us and we can have that arranged.

 

My order has not arrived.

Orders take 2-15 business days to arrive after dispatch. The speed depends on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please contact us if your order has not arrived by then.

 

My order was damaged. 

Please send a photo of the damaged product as well as your order number and we will arrange an alternative.  

 

My order is incorrect/missing items. 

Please contact us with your order number and we will arrange an alternative.
